1. Who we are

The fkthenorm.com online store and the FkTheNorm (FTN) brand are operated by Promotion Performance SRL, registered in the Trade Register under no. 2. Who can order

We sell to consumers in Romania and deliver only to addresses in Romania. Orders can be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

3. Products

We sell heavyweight T-shirts made of 300 gsm cotton (AM018 blank), in sizes XS–3XL. The size chart is shown on the site; please check it before ordering.

• Collection tees. Each colourway of the collection exists in 3 pieces in total and is not restocked.
• Studio tees. In the Studio you design your own tee. It is made to your specification and personalised, so it carries no right of withdrawal (see Right of withdrawal). You are responsible for having the right to use the images and text you upload. We do not produce designs that infringe the rights of others or are unlawful; in that case the order is cancelled and any amount paid is refunded in full.

Photos are as faithful as possible; colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

4. Prices, launch price and coupons

Prices are in lei (RON) and include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown in the bag and on the checkout page when you place the order. The delivery cost is shown separately before you order (see Delivery and returns).

• Standard price: 299 lei per tee, unless the product page shows another price.
• Launch price: the first 50 orders pay a launch price of 149.50 lei per tee. On launch day, once those 50 orders have been placed, a launch-day price of 224.25 lei per tee applies (75% of the standard price).
• Coupons (for example the single-use coupon won in the Court Series game) can be used only when no launch price is running. Launch prices are not combined with coupons. Each coupon can be used once, under the conditions shown with it.

5. How the contract is concluded

You choose the products, the size and the quantity, add them to the bag, enter your delivery details and choose a payment method. Before you confirm you can review and correct everything you entered. The contract is concluded:

• card payment (Stripe Checkout, including Apple Pay and Google Pay): when the payment succeeds. The order is binding and is paid at once;
• cash on delivery: when you confirm the order using the link in the email we send you. The order is binding and creates an obligation to pay; you pay the courier on delivery;
• “Reserve, pay later” (pre-order only): when you pay through the payment link (see section 6).

We confirm each concluded contract by email (a durable medium), with the order details. We keep the orders; you can see them in your account, which you sign in to with a link sent by email.

6. Pre-order and “Reserve, pay later”

Before the store opens, one piece of each colourway is available at pre-order. Pre-orders are delivered by 30 November 2026 at the latest.

“Reserve, pay later” is a free, non-binding reservation: it creates no obligation to pay, and the piece is not held for you. Whoever pays first gets the piece. The contract is concluded only when you pay through the payment link; the reservation lapses if the piece is sold or the link expires.

7. Payment

Card data is entered and processed only by Stripe; we do not see or store it. The invoice is issued for every paid order.

8. Delivery

We deliver by courier to the address you give, only in Romania. Delivery costs 35 lei and is free for tees worth at least 500 lei (after discounts). Pre-orders are delivered by 30 November 2026 at the latest; store orders within 2–5 working days. Details: Delivery and returns.

9. Right of withdrawal

For collection tees you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014. Studio tees, made to your specification, are excluded. How to withdraw and how refunds work: Right of withdrawal.

10. Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under OUG 140/2021. Details: Legal guarantee of conformity.

11. Intellectual property

The FkTheNorm name and logo, the designs, photos and texts on the site belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

12. Personal data

We process your data as described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

14. Applicable law and language

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing in them limits the rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived. The contract is concluded in Romanian; the English translation is for convenience and, if they differ, the Romanian version prevails. The terms that apply to an order are those in force when it is placed.
