Right of withdrawal

1. Your right

For collection tees you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If the goods of one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

2. Exception: Studio tees

Tees you design in the Studio are made to your specification and clearly personalised, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (OUG 34/2014, art. 16 letter c). The legal guarantee of conformity still applies.

3. How to withdraw

Before the period expires, tell us clearly that you decide to withdraw, in one of these ways:

1. online, on the site, with the “Withdraw from contract” button below (also linked from the “Info legale · Legal” panel on every page): enter the order number and email, review and confirm; we send you a confirmation by email;
2. by email to pro.motion.creative.pmc@gmail.com;
3. using the model withdrawal form below (optional).

It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end.

4. Withdraw online

Prefer email? Write to pro.motion.creative.pmc@gmail.com with the order number, the products you are returning and your name. We confirm receipt by email.

5. Return and refund

• Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us about your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We send you the return address by email when we confirm your withdrawal.
• We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the refund.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
• You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example removed tags, washing or wearing).
