2. What it covers

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect in the fabric, seams or print, or a product that does not match the description, the size or the colourway ordered) that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. The guarantee is free of charge and applies to Studio tees too.

3. Remedies

You may first ask for the product to be repaired or replaced, free of charge, within a reasonable time and within the deadlines set by OUG 140/2021, without significant inconvenience to you. If repair or replacement is impossible, is not done within those deadlines, or the defect persists or is serious, you may ask for a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract and get your money back.

Write to pro.motion.creative.pmc@gmail.com or call [lipsește: telefon], with the order number, a description of the problem and, ideally, photos. We reply and tell you how to send the product, at no cost to you.

5. Other rights

The legal guarantee is in addition to the right of withdrawal (Right of withdrawal). You may also contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL): reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
